Payment Terms and Conditions

The following are our payment options:

  1. Cash On Delivery (via our own Rider) (down payment required)
  2. Online Bank Transfer
  3. GCash
  4. BDO and BPI Credit Card Installment
  5. Home Credit Installment (Regular and 0%)
  6. BillEase Online Installment

Pre-Order and Reservations Terms

Pre-order and reservations requires down payment minimum of 1,000 or 10% of total amount or as per the quotation of our store staff. The down payment will be deducted from total amount of the product. Example: Product A price is 10,000. DP amount: 1,000. Remaining balance will be 9,000.

Down payment entitles customer for reservation of item up to 15 days from date of down payment or otherwise for a length of time agreed to by store staff and customer but not exceeding 25 days.

In the event of customer initiated cancellation or the reservation duration expires and item is still not fully paid by customer, reservation will automatically be forfeited and a cancellation fee will automatically be deducted amounting to 20% of the down payment amount (minimum of 500 and maximum of 2,000 whichever is higher). Example: Customer DP is 3,000 (cancellation fee = 600 (20%)). Customer DP is 1,000 (cancellation fee = 500 (minimum)).

In the event of customer initiated cancellation and pre-ordered/reserved item is fully paid, cancellation fee automatically applies amounting to 20% of total amount (minimum of 500 and maximum of 2,000 whichever is higher).

Terms for Items that are already Paid but not claimed

Items that are fully paid by the customer and is not claimed after 60 days are subject for storage fee. Items not claimed for more than 6 months from time of purchase are subject for disposal at store’s discretion.

Delivery Fees

All delivery fees to and from customer’s residence are to be paid for by the customer.

Can Customer cancel Installment Transactions?

After installment transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
