How to Apply for Home Credit

Pay your purchase in monthly installments via Home Credit 0%. Approval and final terms are determined by Home Credit, not by WIND NET COMPUTERS.

Before You Apply

Requirements

  • Filipino citizen, age 18 to 68
  • Must be employed (for at least 3 months), self-employed, pensioner or receiving a regular remittance
  • 1 Valid ID (see accepted ID's below)
  • Mobile phone with an active mobile number
  • Enough cash for down payment (if required)

Accepted IDs

  • Driver's License, UMID, National ID, Voter's ID, Postal ID, *Passport, *PRC ID
  • IDs from eGov app are also accepted
  • If you only have Passport or PRC ID, you need to provide one of the following documents: Brgy Clearance, NBI Clearance or Phone/Water/Electric/Internet Bill under your name

How to Apply

Two ways to apply

1. Direct Process In-store at WIND NET COMPUTERS

Visit our store, tell our staff which item you want, and we'll help you fill out the application. Approval is typically released within minutes.

2. Pre-Approval via Home Credit App First (Recommended)

Download "Home Credit Philippines" from the Google Play Store or App Store, register, and apply for pre-approval. Then message us the QR code so we can compute your actual DP offer and monthly before visitng our Store.

Step-by-step process for Pre-Approval via Home Credit App

  1. Download "Home Credit Philippines" app from Play Store or App Store
  2. Sign up and verify your mobile number
  3. On the home page of the app, click the Loan offer. It usually say "Product loan up 40,000" or something similar. If you don't see a loan offer, that means you are not eligible yet.
  4. Fill up all the required fields and information then submit for Pre-Approval
  5. Once your loan is pre-approved, you will be given a QR Code on the app.
  6. You can now visit our store for the next process
  7. Or you can send us the QR code via our FB Page for us to check your actual DP and monthly offer. After that, you can decide if you will proceed with the loan or not.
  8. Once you're decided, visit our store, present the QR code and ID to our staff, then a home credit agent will assist you with the next process.

What to Expect

  • Approval timeline — if you are already pre-approved (with QR Code), typical application process takes only 15 minutes
  • Down payment — typically 0–40% for first-time applicants, often 0% for existing good-payer clients. Final DP is set by your loan offer.
  • Term options — for 0% it is usually 9, 12, 15 or 18 months
  • Insurance and processing fee — included in your monthly payment, not a separate charge
  • Late payment fees — apply if you miss a due date. Pay on time to avoid penalties and to build a strong record for future applications.
  • Product Release after Approval — release timing depends on the type of product and our current workload.
    • Parts, peripherals, and monitors – can usually be released immediately
    • PC builds – require assembly, testing, and software installation (typically at least 4 hours depending on your specs)
    • Laptops – require software/driver installation and Windows updates (typically 2–3 hours)

    Completion times may vary depending on your build specifications and staff workload. If you're traveling from a far location, we recommend planning your visit accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a credit card?
No. Home Credit is a separate consumer-finance company — applying does not require a credit card.
What if I don't get approved?
You can still purchase the item via cash, GCash, bank transfer, or a credit-card installment plan if your card supports it. We'll explain your options at the counter.
Can I pay off early?
Yes. Home Credit allows early payoff. Contact Home Credit directly to request a settlement quote.
Can I apply online?
Online application is for pre-approval only via Home Credit app. Once you are pre-approved, you need to visit our store for the approval process.
Where can I pay my monthly dues?
You can pay your monthly dues through Home Credit App, GCash, Bank or Auto-Debit, Bayad Center, SM, M Lhuillier and other payment centers. This will be discussed to you in-store once your loan is approved.
Can I pay my monthly dues to WIND NET COMPUTERS?
No. You will need to send your monthly payments via Home Credit's authorized payment centers or via the app (see above). The only payment you will give to our store is the down payment.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Late fees apply and your future applications may be affected. Always reach out to Home Credit if you anticipate a missed payment — they may have options to help.
