1. General
By placing an order through the WIND NET COMPUTERS website or in-store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery — available via our own rider. A down payment may be required depending on order amount and delivery distance.
- GCash — full payment via GCash.
- Bank Transfer — full payment via online bank transfer.
- Credit Card Installment — available via BDO and BPI credit cards (in-store only).
- Home Credit Installment — regular and 0% installment plans (in-store only).
- BillEase Online Installment — available for online orders.
3. Down Payment (Cash on Delivery)
For Cash on Delivery orders, a down payment may be required based on the order total and delivery fee. The down payment amount is calculated automatically at checkout. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
4. Pre-Order and Reservations
A minimum deposit of P1,000 or 10% of the total amount (whichever is higher), or as per the quotation from our store staff, is required for pre-orders and reservations.
The deposit will be deducted from the final amount owed. The reservation period is 7 days from the deposit date, extendable by staff agreement up to a maximum of 25 days. Longer reservations may require additional deposits.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders that have not yet been processed may be cancelled at no charge. Once an order is being prepared or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Reservation cancellations or expired reservations: A cancellation fee of 20% of the down payment amount will be deducted, with a minimum of P500 and a maximum of P2,000, whichever is higher.
Fully paid item cancellations: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount will be deducted, with a minimum of P500 and a maximum of P2,000, whichever is higher.
6. Unclaimed Items
Fully paid items that remain unclaimed after 60 days may incur storage fees.
Items left unpaid for over 6 months are subject to disposal at the store's discretion. Standard cancellation fees apply.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available within our service area via our own rider. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed at checkout.
For shipping orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from their address.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, and courier issues.
8. Installment Transactions
After an installment transaction has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming an installment purchase.
9. Pricing
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices on the website are updated regularly but may differ from in-store prices. The price at the time of order placement is the price that applies.
10. Warranty

11. Limitation of Liability
WIND NET COMPUTERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
