We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
We accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:
Return shipping fees are handled by the customer. Once we confirm the issue, we'll ship the replacement back to you at no extra charge.
If you selected pre-shipping testing at checkout, we test the items before they leave the store and replace any defective unit immediately. If a tested item still develops an issue within 7 days of receipt, the conditions above apply.
For "wrong item" and "damaged in transit" claims, please record a continuous unboxing video that:
A phone video is fine. We can't process these specific claims without it — this protects both you and us from disputes.
We can't accept items that are physically damaged from misuse, modified from their original state, or missing original components.
Once we confirm the issue:
We don't accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check specs and compatibility before ordering — or message us first if you're unsure. We're happy to help you confirm a part is right for your build before you check out.
