Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Within 7 Days of Receiving Your Order

We accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Defective on arrival (DOA) — the item doesn't work out of the box
  • Wrong item received — what you got doesn't match your order (unboxing video required)
  • Damaged in transit — physical damage from delivery or shipping (unboxing video required)

Return shipping fees are handled by the customer. Once we confirm the issue, we'll ship the replacement back to you at no extra charge.

Tested Items

If you selected pre-shipping testing at checkout, we test the items before they leave the store and replace any defective unit immediately. If a tested item still develops an issue within 7 days of receipt, the conditions above apply.

About Unboxing Videos

For "wrong item" and "damaged in transit" claims, please record a continuous unboxing video that:

  • Starts before the package is opened — show the unopened box on camera
  • Stays continuous — no cuts or pauses through the unboxing
  • Shows the full reveal — the issue should be visible in the same recording

A phone video is fine. We can't process these specific claims without it — this protects both you and us from disputes.

How to Request a Return

  1. Open your order in your account (Account → Orders) and message us via order chat — or send us a message on Messenger
  2. Include your order number and a photo, video, or unboxing video showing the issue
  3. Keep the original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation

We can't accept items that are physically damaged from misuse, modified from their original state, or missing original components.

What Happens Next

Once we confirm the issue:

  • Replacement — we'll send a brand new working unit (most common resolution)
  • Store credit — applied to your next order if a replacement isn't available
  • Refund — case-by-case, issued via the original payment method

Change-of-Mind Returns

We don't accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check specs and compatibility before ordering — or message us first if you're unsure. We're happy to help you confirm a part is right for your build before you check out.

After 7 Days

For issues beyond the 7-day window, please see our Warranty Policy, which covers manufacturer defects within each item's warranty period.
